The former center what is now The Gateway at Lassen, located in Chatsworth, CA was in need of a complete change. JG Construction was brought on board for the demolition, and complete new construction of the new Gateway at Lassen Shopping Center.
From grading, new utilities and vertical construction of several shell buildings at Gateway, JG worked together with HRI Development to accomplish this project with our standards of quality at the forefront.
