Adam Shihadeh

President & CEO
Adam founded his first construction company, Bullseye Builders, Inc. in 2016, and went on to acquire JG Companies in April of 2022. Since taking leadership of JG, Adam has instilled a new vision that improves on the legacy the company has developed since 1979. His belief in a "people first" culture has catapulted JG for sustainable growth and development of a great team to be a part of. His passion for construction is instilled throughout the organization and resonates with every member of the JG team. Outside of the office, Adam enjoys fishing, the outdoors and the comradery of JG events.

Wally Clark

Executive Vice President
Wally Clark has been our Executive Vice President since 2008. He started in construction as a carpenter in 1977 after graduating from Long Beach State on a wrestling scholarship where he placed 6th in the 1976 Olympic trials. Wally had started his career with Clock Construction prior to joining Gentosi Brothers where he later served as Vice President. After leaving and joining RAS Builders as a regional VP, then ICE/Gray, he had decided to settle for his end goal here at JG Construction. In Wally's free time, he enjoys golfing, mountain biking, boating and spending time with his grandkids.

Linda Peck

VP of Business Development
Linda Peck is from Williamsport Pennsylvania, and chose to moved to CA in 1986 to pursue her career in networking and business development for the AEC industry and has been doing ever since. She has a knack to attract and develops strong relationships with everyone she encounters. When Linda is not out networking or at a conference, you can find her enjoying her favorite music, trying new foods and enjoying the beauty of the arts!

Sean Livingston

Vice President of Construction
Sean Livingston has been in the construction Industry for over 25 years serving the retail, restaurants, warehouse and shopping centers markets. Born in Chicago and graduating at the University of Anchorage Alaska, Sean planted his roots in Southern, CA to work for companies serving diverse markets on a national footprint. Sean joined JG in 2016 as a Sr. Project Manager and now serves as our Vice President of Construction overseeing all construction operations. On Sean's free time, he enjoys the beach, boating, outdoors activities and is very passionate about his fitness.

Heather Reyes

Controller
Heather Reyes has been in the construction finance industry for over 20 years, serving several construction markets such as healthcare, education, hospitality, restaurants and retail to name a few. Born and raised in Oxnard, CA, Heather and her family later moved to the Inland Empire in 2008 where she settled her career with JG Companies. When Heather isn't crunching numbers, she enjoys volleyball, watersports, camping & outdoors activities and most of all, spending time with her husband and 3 kids.

Jessica Thorogood

Service Manager of the Facilities Division
Jessica has been in the construction industry since the age of 20, following both her parents having been in the trades and management. She has worked her way as a project manager for a TI contractor, managing several national rollout programs for Jersey Mikes, 7-Eleven, and several others before joining JG Facilities Services as our Service Manager in 2020. During her free time, Jessica loves playing with her 4 dogs, crafting, which she shares around the office, and spending time with her family and close friends.
